How do I sign in?

Click Sign in on the home page. Use the email and password your administrator provided. The 13 active actor types each see a different surface after sign-in.

I'm a driver — where are my missions?

Sign in with your driver account, then go to Today. Your scheduled missions appear there. Tap Start session when you collect the vehicle, and End session when you return it.

How do I report damage?

During session end, check Report damage. Describe the issue, optionally attach a photo URL. The Fleet Coordinator is notified through the alarm bell.

What about GPS / location tracking?

INLO Fleet never collects GPS or location data. This is a hard constraint of the system (GDPR + Drivers Unit policy).

How is my personal data protected?

Sensitive fields (first/last name, email, phone, licence number) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored. All traffic uses TLS. Audit log is immutable, 7-year retention.
